Henrik Møller udnævnt til administrerende direktør for Cerivo
Henrik Møller er blevet udnævnt til administrerende direktør for Cerivo, en softwaregruppe inden for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), der blev etableret i 2025, da Triple Private Equity samlede RISMA Systems, ComplyCloud, Wired Relations og Openli for at skabe en førende leverandør af GRC-løsninger i hele Norden. Virksomheden er nu integreret og fortsætter sin vækst i Skandinavien med et fortsat fokus på at levere yderst overbevisende løsninger til sine kunder.
Henrik Møller bringer omfattende ledererfaring fra software- og teknologibranchen. Han kommer til Cerivo fra en stilling som administrerende direktør for Paychex Europe og har tidligere haft flere ledende stillinger i den danske softwaregruppe EG A/S. Sammen med direktionen vil Henrik Møller lede Cerivo gennem den næste fase af vækst og innovation og udnytte mulighederne i et marked, der gennemgår hurtig digitalisering og stigende regulering.
Cerivo betjener organisationer lige fra SMV'er til store virksomheder og tilbyder en omfattende pakke af løsninger på tværs af databeskyttelse, informationssikkerhed, risikostyring og compliance. Lars Nybro Munksgaard steeping down as CEO
Lars Nybro Munksgaard has decided to step down as CEO of Cerivo with effect end-March. Cerivo is a GRC software group formed in mid-2025 when Triple Private Equity acquired RISMA Systems, ComplyCloud, Openli and Wired Relations to create a leading Nordic Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software provider. The decision to step down follows the successful integration of the four companies into the unified Cerivo brand and the establishment of the new Group office in Copenhagen.
With a focus on SME to Enterprise organizations seeking scalable, all-in-one solutions, Cerivo offers a comprehensive product suite across data privacy, information security, risk management, and compliance, with an integrated end-to-end GRC platform rooted in GDPR and InfoSec.
New CEO appointed
An experienced software executive, with a strong track record of leading and scaling technology-driven organizations in the Nordic market, has been appointed as new CEO of Cerivo to start in mid-2026. The new CEO will be responsible for driving Cerivo’s growth, further integrating the four businesses’ strong product offerings into a single scalable platform, and capitalizing on opportunities in a market undergoing rapid digitization and increasing regulation.
