Henrik Møller utsedd till vd för Cerivo
Henrik Møller har utsetts till vd för Cerivo, en koncern inom Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)-programvara som bildades 2025 när Triple Private Equity förde samman RISMA Systems, ComplyCloud, Wired Relations och Openli för att skapa en ledande leverantör av GRC-lösningar i Norden. Verksamheten är nu integrerad och fortsätter sin tillväxt i Skandinavien, med fortsatt fokus på att leverera starka lösningar till sina kunder.
Henrik Møller har gedigen ledarerfarenhet från mjukvaru- och teknikbranschen. Han kommer till Cerivo från en position som vd för Paychex Europe och har tidigare haft flera ledande befattningar inom det danska mjukvarukoncernen EG A/S. Tillsammans med koncernledningen ska Henrik Møller leda Cerivo genom nästa fas av tillväxt och innovation, och ta tillvara möjligheterna på en marknad som genomgår snabb digitalisering och ökad reglering.
Cerivo betjänar organisationer från små och medelstora företag till stora koncerner och erbjuder en omfattande lösningsportfölj inom dataskydd, informationssäkerhet, riskhantering och regelefterlevnad. Koncernens integrerade GRC-plattform gör det möjligt för kunder att hantera krav på styrning, risk och regelefterlevnad genom en enda skalbar lösning, byggd på djup expertis inom GDPR och informationssäkerhet.

Lars Nybro Munksgaard steeping down as CEO
Lars Nybro Munksgaard has decided to step down as CEO of Cerivo with effect end-March. Cerivo is a GRC software group formed in mid-2025 when Triple Private Equity acquired RISMA Systems, ComplyCloud, Openli and Wired Relations to create a leading Nordic Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software provider. The decision to step down follows the successful integration of the four companies into the unified Cerivo brand and the establishment of the new Group office in Copenhagen.
With a focus on SME to Enterprise organizations seeking scalable, all-in-one solutions, Cerivo offers a comprehensive product suite across data privacy, information security, risk management, and compliance, with an integrated end-to-end GRC platform rooted in GDPR and InfoSec.
New CEO appointed
An experienced software executive, with a strong track record of leading and scaling technology-driven organizations in the Nordic market, has been appointed as new CEO of Cerivo to start in mid-2026. The new CEO will be responsible for driving Cerivo’s growth, further integrating the four businesses’ strong product offerings into a single scalable platform, and capitalizing on opportunities in a market undergoing rapid digitization and increasing regulation.
